Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management Team throughout project implementation.
- Use the organisation’s database systems and scheduling tools to update and maintain accurate information for scheduling resources.
- Provide administrative and desktop publishing support to the implementation team, ensuring customer projects are prepared to the required standard.
- Support the implementation process by providing important logistical and contractual information for consultants.
- Arrange appropriate accommodation and transport for consultants delivering projects.
- Provide administrative support for the Online Learning Management System, including client requests and new digital implementations.
- Ensure all delivery materials are ordered and fulfilled in line with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory and management systems.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
