About the Role

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Were currently looking for a motivated Admin Assistant to join our growing Tax Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and develop within a professional environment. Full training will be provided, so prior tax experience isn’t required.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and post to respond to queries, provide updates, and request information

Support Tax Specialists with a variety of administrative tasks

Perform basic bookkeeping duties including recording sales, purchases, income, and payments

Keep client databases up to date with accurate information

Maintain departmental records in line with data protection and company standards

Follow and contribute to the improvement of departmental processes and service levels
