Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm. Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm (rota basis with a day in lieu)
We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in the Surrey area.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a residential property portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure high standards of service, compliance and property management are maintained throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works from instruction through to completion.
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.
- Managing landlord and tenant queries efficiently and professionally.
- Supporting end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit-related matters.
- Maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation.
- Ensuring properties meet all relevant legal and safety requirements.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure excellent communication and service delivery.
- Monitoring outstanding works and providing regular updates to all parties.
About You
- Previous experience within property management or residential lettings.
- Strong understanding of property management processes and legislation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience using property management software and CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
