Our lovely client based in Fleet are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be supporting the Project Manager with a busy project they are currently working on. For this role you will need to have good attention to detail, be highly organised, a good communicator and able to work well under pressure.
Main Duties:
- Checking incoming photos to ensure they match the installation plan and identifying any discrepancies
- Reviewing site reports and checking for any issues or problems that have been reported
- Logging reported issues accurately onto Excel and ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Flagging any issues or discrepancies to the Project Manager or relevant team members
- Passing information and updates over to the relevant persons for action
- Keeping project records organised and ensuring information is recorded accurately
- Supporting the Project Manager with general administrative tasks throughout the project
- Working through a high volume of information while maintaining a strong level of accuracy
- Following project processes and ensuring all tasks are completed within required timescales
