Insurance Administrator
Salary: £24,000 – £29,000 per year, depending on experience

We are working alongside a busy and growing insurance brokerage based in Wokingham. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and organised Insurance Administrator to join their team.
No previous insurance experience is essential, as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about insurance and build a career in the industry.
Main Duties
Dealing with customers by phone and email
Processing insurance policies and documents
Updating customer and policy records
General office and administration duties
Helping with insurance quotations
Assisting with renewals and policy changes
Liaising with insurers and customers
Supporting the team with sales and new business
Learning about insurance underwriting
Providing good customer service

Experience & Requirements
Insurance experience is preferred but not essential
Administration, customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
No formal qualifications needed
Full UK driving licence and own transport required
