Working as part of a dedicated two-person planning team, you will oversee the complete administrative wedding planning journey, from initial booking through to post-wedding follow-up. This senior role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with our Sales Team and our award-winning Operational Wedding & Event Managers to ensure a seamless handover from planning to delivery.
This is a non-operational, office-based role, four days per week on site. However, flexibility is essential as the role includes evening and weekend appointments with couples, as well as attendance at key events such as Open Days, Supplier Showcases and Menu Tasting Evenings. You will also lead a small department consisting of yourself and a Part-Time Planning Administrator (25 hours per week).
Mulberry House hosts a high volume of weddings, but we are not a wedding factory. Details matter. Care matters. Every wedding is treated as if it were the only one of the year—and we do not accept second best.
