You will be joining a positive team dedicated to building on Mulberry House core values: Respect, Integrity, Great People, Wow Experiences, Detail.
We are looking for a Night Assistant / Night Porter who will work overnight setting up our function rooms for the following day’s weddings & events. You will be lone-working, responsible for the health, safety and security of the property and for stakeholders sleeping on the premises. Strict fire-safety/evacuation training will be provided.
As a popular and busy wedding venue, the night team’s main responsibilities are to clean, sweep, mop the floors, relaunch tables and lay cutlery & glassware to a high standard, ready for 5* service the next day.
What We Offer
The role is flexible and can be 2-3 shifts per week, with start times generally around 11 pm / midnight and finish between 5-7 am, depending on your needs. We are a seasonal business; the summer months require more shifts than the off-peak season. Salary is flexible for the right candidate; local transportation assistance may be available if you don’t drive.
