Mulberry is seeking a Team Leader and QC Inspector to coach and support a production team in Somerset. You will work with the Line Manager to set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure health and safety compliance while maintaining quality standards.
In addition to your leadership duties, you will perform the QC Inspector role and contribute to training, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative, values-driven environment.
