For more than fifty years, Mulberry has been a British lifestyle brand, internationally acclaimed for quality and design capturing the Mulberry Spirit. Sustainability has been part of the Mulberry ethos since the brand's inception, in recognition of our purpose-driven approach, and in 2024 we proudly achieved B Corp Certification. Today, we are a global brand, but our values remain the same; we are committed to improving our impact on people and the planet. If these values resonate with you, we would love you to join our team.

The Role: To follow the RTW collection from design concept to production, communicate changes and improvements to suppliers, problem-solve any quality and technical issues required to sign off products, and provide support to the Head of Product Development and Sourcing in daily tasks such as ordering materials and samples, managing the critical path, and maintaining stock.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Critical Path following sampling and production deliveries.
  • Work extremely closely with the Head of RTW Product Development & Sourcing for factory allocations; negotiate and manage supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, lead times, and MOQs.
  • Collaborate with the Garment Tech to follow communication through development and production by sending technical packs to suppliers, highlighting faults or problems to the relevant parties (and Design where applicable).
  • Create Excel seasonal collection trackers for the collection overview and work closely with all internal teams to stay within the range plan.
  • Create the brand standards in all RTW product categories recorded in the brand’s handbook; ensure suppliers comply with Mulberry standards.
  • Assist with onboarding all suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring they are compliant with Mulberry standards and have the required certification.
  • Ensure all product costings align with brand pricing architecture and margin targets while working closely with the Head of RTW Product Development & Sourcing and the merchandiser.
  • Input all product and BOMs into the PLM system, enabling all sampling and production POs to be raised.
  • Assist the Head of RTW Product Development & Sourcing with budget tracking and building for both development and production, recording all current and future spends.
  • Manage all ordering of production packaging, barcodes, and care labels.

Culture: Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours: honesty, dynamism, and a community-oriented spirit. Support Mulberry in delivering an inclusive culture by behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, recognizing that your views may not always be shared by colleagues. Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.

Sustainability: As a certified B Corp, we are committed to using business as a force for good. You’ll be encouraged to incorporate environmentally and socially responsible practices into your work, supporting our Made to Last strategy across Climate, Circularity, and Community. Help foster a culture where diversity is celebrated and every individual feels valued, respected, and included.
