Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Management - Lead workshops to define and elaborate business requirements for an Ecommerce solution e.g. UX, customer journeys, merchandising, checkout, personalisation.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and help prioritise requirements across functional areas.
  • Technical Collaboration - Act as primary BA interface between internal IT teams and external vendors for front-end requirements.
  • Participate in joint technical sessions on cross-domain impact, logical data flows, and integration points.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and challenge vendor solutions.
  • Understand backend systems (OMS, PIM, Inventory, Pricing) sufficiently to assess front-end feasibility and impact.
  • Delivery & Documentation - Produce functional specifications, wireframe support, process flows, user journey maps, and API contract documentation.
  • Obtain stakeholder sign-off and present to technical teams.
  • Ensure requirements are understood by development/QA teams; facilitate clarification sessions as needed.
  • Support UAT planning, go-live activities, and provide training materials.

Culture:

  • Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours: honesty, dynamism, and a community-oriented spirit.
  • Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions, and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.
  • Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.

Sustainability:

  • As a certified B Corp, we are committed to using business as a force for good. You’ll be encouraged to incorporate environmentally and socially responsible practices into your work, supporting our strategy across Climate, Circularity, and Community.
  • Help foster a culture where diversity is celebrated and every individual feels valued, respected, and included. Champion equity, empathy, and understanding in all interactions - internally and externally.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience of an Ecommerce Replatform from vendor selection to go-live, with proven storefront and backend requirement experience.
  • Strong technical acumen to discuss store fronts, headless/composable architecture and front-end/backend interactions with architects and vendors.
  • Understanding of typical ecommerce system integrations (OMS, PIM, inventory, pricing) to identify dependencies and assess impacts.
  • Vendor management experience acting as business/technical bridge during configuration/customisation of the new solution.
  • Possess clear communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
  • Full project lifecycle experience (Agile and Waterfall) with strong scope management disciplines.
  • BSc or Business Analysis qualification (IIBA, BCS or equivalent).
