The Role: As the Digital Trading Assistant, you will support the Mulberry Digital business in achieving budgeted sales plans and delivering an exceptional Mulberry.com customer experience. You will report to the Digital Trading Executive and work with the Senior Digital Trading Manager and the wider Digital Trading/Content team. You will oversee day-to-day trading of Mulberry.com, ensure timely product launches, and accurately represent and optimise products on-site while balancing commercial and creative considerations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain product catalogue, including Pre-Loved, in the e-commerce platform (Hybris) and internal PIM system.
- Launch new products on Mulberry.com across 8 regions, collaborating cross-functionally with teams (e.g., Digital Content, Buying & Merchandising) for timely regional launches.
- Visually merchandise product listing pages (PLPs): populate PLPs with relevant products, manage PLP sort order, align with channel landing points, curate Whats New and gifting PLPs, and localise PLPs where relevant.
- Manage product PLP badging (e.g., “New Season”) across 8 regions.
- Produce reporting on traditional retail and online KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
- Identify out-of-stock items by region, flag Coming Soon sign-ups, and inform stock allocation.
- Highlight stock opportunities based on performance history.
- Conduct daily site checks to ensure Mulberry.com maintains a high standard.
- Address requests and queries from the Digital Customer Care team promptly.
- Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising, Product Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Tech, and other teams.
- Assess competitor activity and benchmark Mulberry against peers, sharing actionable insights with the Digital team and others.
- Support Digital Concessions as required (e.g., sharing e-com imagery or on-site edit nominations with partners).

- Collaborative team player with ability to work cross-functionally and with remote regional teams.

- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset with a high level of numeracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
