Mulberry Bush Day Nursery in Mulbarton is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our popular, ever‑expanding setting.

Mulberry Bush is a full day care setting, open from 8am-6pm, Monday‑Friday, 51 weeks a year for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The role is full‑time, requiring availability for 8am-6pm shifts, four days a week. We are an all‑year‑round provider, with opportunities for additional hours on contract or ad‑hoc basis.

Responsibilities

  • Look after and support the learning and development of children aged 6 months to 5 years.
  • Take on key‑person responsibilities, including the care and education of the children.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with parents and carers.
  • Work within the EYFS framework and actively participate in the planning and implementation of activities based on a child‑centred ethos.
  • Contribute to the book‑led curriculum and bring your own ideas and enthusiasm to best practice.

Qualifications

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or higher early years qualification.
  • Experience of looking after young children and supporting their learning and development.
