About the Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents whose homes we are working in. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our works run smoothly while providing reassurance, clear communication, and exceptional service to residents throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the main contact for residents and keeping them informed at every stage

* Carrying out resident interviews, surveys, and home visits

* Proactively updating residents on works progress

* Handling and resolving queries, concerns, and complaints

* Attending resident-related meetings as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is approachable, empathetic, and highly organised. You will have previous experience in customer-facing roles such as public service, retail, or care, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.

You will also bring:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues

* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload

* A calm and professional approach under pressure

* A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (mileage reclaimable)
