Programme: Norwich City Council, 10 Year Major Works Partnership

Mulalley has secured a strategic 10-year partnership with Norwich City Council, delivering major internal and external refurbishment works across their housing stock. We are now strengthening our project leadership team to support predictable, high-quality delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in social housing major works.

The role involves taking ownership of:

  • End-to-end project delivery across multiple sites
  • Programme planning, monitoring, and recovery
  • Client and stakeholder management
  • Oversight of site teams and supply chain performance
  • Driving safety, quality, cost control, and resident satisfaction

This role carries real accountability and influence.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in social housing refurbishment
  • Tier 1 contractor background
  • Strong track record working in occupied environments
  • Commercial awareness and programme discipline
  • Confident, professional client-facing approach

Essential qualifications:

  • SMSTS
  • Level 6 NVQ (or equivalent)
  • MCIOB accreditation or a relevant degree
