Mulalley has secured a strategic 10-year partnership with Norwich City Council, delivering major internal and external refurbishment works across their housing stock. We are now strengthening our project leadership team to support predictable, high-quality delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in social housing major works.
The role involves taking ownership of:
- End-to-end project delivery across multiple sites
- Programme planning, monitoring, and recovery
- Client and stakeholder management
- Oversight of site teams and supply chain performance
- Driving safety, quality, cost control, and resident satisfaction
