Mulalley is delivering a 10-year Major Works programme for Norwich City Council and is reinforcing its senior operational leadership to ensure consistency, governance, and strong client relationships throughout the partnership.
We are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and oversee multiple refurbishment projects.
The role:
- Strategic oversight of multiple projects
- Senior client relationship management
- Leadership and performance management of Project and Site Managers
- Commercial and operational governance
- Driving compliance, predictability, and continuous improvement
This is a leadership role. You set the tone and hold the standard.
What weβre looking for:
- Significant experience in social housing major works
- Tier 1 contractor background
