We are looking for a Full-Time, Part Time Sales Assistant for our Central London Stores. You need to be flexible to work varied hours including late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Store Management, the Sales Assistant's main goal is to provide outstanding service to all the customers in selecting the right product to meet their needs.
- Provide support on maintaining the company guidelines for visual display standards and stock management in order to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure that customers are the top priority.
- Be alert and respond to customers' needs and their buying signals.
- Hit store daily and weekly targets.
- Develop knowledge of the MUJI product range and sales techniques required to sell them.
- Develop high standards of merchandise presentation and stock handling as per MUJI guidelines.
- Ensure that shop floor housekeeping is exemplary.
- Assist in the delivery shift.
- Be fully aware of direct delivery and mail order processes.
- Assist with all forms of stock control systems.
