As an Ecommerce Trading Intern, you will play a key role in keeping our six ecommerce websites running smoothly. - Supporting the launch of new products by uploading and maintaining product data in backend systems (including product names, descriptions, translations, weights, categories, images, and more)
- Maintaining the existing product catalogue and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Updating site navigation, category sequencing, product badging, attributes, filters, and cross-selling tools
- Carrying out daily site walks, raising tickets with IT teams or web development agencies, and following up to resolution

- Attending and contributing to team meetings, providing updates on your work and progress
About You:
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are confident using Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines
- You are quick to pick up new systems; experience with ecommerce platforms or CMS tools (such as Magento, Shopify Plus, or BigCommerce) is a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is advantageous, but not essential
Why Join Us?
You will gain hands-on experience across multiple ecommerce sites, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop practical skills in ecommerce trading, merchandising, and site management - all in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
