We are looking for a Full-Time, Part-time Sales Assistant for our Central London Stores. You need to be flexible to work varied hours including late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. Reporting to the Store Management, the Sales Assistant's main goal is to provide outstanding service to all the customers in selecting the right product to meet their needs, as well as to provide support on maintaining the company guidelines for visual display standards and stock management in order to maximize sales opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers are the top priority.
  • Be alert and respond to customers' needs and their buying signals.
  • Hit store daily and weekly targets.
  • Develop knowledge of the MUJI product range and sales techniques required to sell them.
  • Develop high standards of merchandise presentation and stock handling as per MUJI guidelines.
  • Ensure that shop floor housekeeping is exemplary.
  • To assist in the delivery shift.
  • Be fully aware of direct delivery and mail order processes.
  • Assist with all forms of stock control systems.
