We are looking for passionate Store Managers who genuinely want to make a difference, don’t want to stand still and want to be a part of the Muji story.

About you

As a natural leader, you will develop and support your team to help them reach their full potential, you will address employee performance to benefit the team and our customers.
You’ll take pride in continually delivering the highest and most consistent standards of customer experience, visual standards, profitability and productivity of your store.
Acting as a brand ambassador, you will continually promote the Muji brand and culture to our customers through your team.
Taking ownership of the performance of your store, you will make commercial decisions and spot business opportunities that drive results.
We don’t need to tell you that you will need outstanding organisation and communication skills, having relevant management experience is part of who you are!
Day-to-day in a Muji store
• Confident in driving a commercially strong store, you will lead the way in ensuring strong numbers are achieved through customer experience, VM, and product performance.
• Ensure efficient and effective operational processes in your store to enhance productivity by taking responsibility for employee payroll budgets.
• Inspiring, coach and develop your management team to enable them to take on extra responsibility within the store and their succession is in line with their development plans.
• This role is not an office role, the ideal candidate will be someone who loves to manage and drive the team working from the shop floor.
