- Create a seamless shopping experience through disciplined execution and attention to detail.
You’ll be an experienced retail leader who enjoys balancing people leadership with commercial thinking and operational excellence.
You’ll have:
- Proven experience leading successful retail teams as a Store Manager or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for developing and coaching people.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs, sales and profitability.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Confidence making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships at every level.
- A hands‑on leadership style, leading from the shop floor and setting the standard every day.
- Flexibility to work across a retail rota, including weekends and peak trading periods.
