About the role
Support residents in our Supported Living scheme to remain independent for longer by delivering high-quality, person‑centred service.
Work collaboratively with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and mental health services to promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide targeted support to residents, facilitating engagement, recovery and reducing social isolation.
- Develop and maintain strong links with community agencies, voluntary organisations and mental health services.
- Make informed, person‑centred decisions while working independently.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of mental health support services.
- Manage a varied workload effectively, using organisational skills.
Qualifications and experience
- Enthusiastic and compassionate individual with experience working with people experiencing mental health challenges or vulnerabilities.
- Confidence in establishing and developing strong links with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and mental health services.
- Comfortable with lone working and able to use initiative to make informed, person‑centred decisions.
- Commitment to delivering a high‑quality service to service users, partners and internal colleagues.
- Willingness to contribute to a culture of learning, reflection and improvement.
- Ability to design and facilitate opportunities that promote engagement, recovery and reduce social isolation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
