About You…

You will be customer-focused, innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to promote tenancy sustainability and deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment.

Youll be able to

  • Deliver an excellent customer focused service that is accessible, visible and results in high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Design and deliver effective actions to encourage tenancy sustainment and improve the social and financial performance of our communities.

  • Support the creation of new ideas and innovation in the business

  • Be adaptable and brilliant at working in partnership with our customers, colleagues and communities

Youll be part of our new Customer Experience Directorate where you\’llworkas part of ourNeighbourhood Teams who are led by our Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods and youll be reporting to our Community Housing Manager – its an exciting team to be part of, as we deliver our new corporate plan ambitions.
