Responsive Maintenance Planner
Chester
£31,037 per annum
Full time – Permanent (35 hours)
About You
Are you ready to play a key role in our responsive maintenance team? Are you passionate about delivering excellent services to customers and organising the workload of our in-house trade operatives? We need someone who is friendly, professional and an excellent communicator to work in our busy and vibrant team. We’re focused on improving our repairs service and you’ll play a big part in making that happen.
You’ll have experience in the housing sector, with knowledge of scheduling repairs and maintenance work, and be ready to handle a wide and varied range of tasks and situations from prioritising emergency repairs, scheduling in routine repairs, increasing the productivity of our team and liaising with our customers – no two days will be the same. You’ll turn negatives into positives by listening to customer feedback and you’ll take the initiative and lead on collaboration with colleagues across the business to ensure our targets are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
This is new role to support our existing Responsive Maintenance Planner, and is part of our ongoing commitment to improving our repairs service and delivering our Corporate Plan. If you think you’ve got most of what we are looking for, but not everything, we’d still love to hear from you.
