About You
Are you ready to play a key role in our responsive maintenance team? Are you passionate about delivering excellent services to customers and offering support to the wider responsive maintenance team? We need someone who is friendly, professional and an excellent communicator to work in our busy and vibrant team. Were focused on improving our repairs service and youll play a big part in making that happen.
Youll have experience in the housing sector, with knowledge of repairs and maintenance and be ready to handle a wide and varied range of tasks and situations from managing customer complaints to disrepair cases, from scheduling in repairs to liaising with contractors no two days will be the same. Youll turn negatives into positives by listening to customer feedback and youll take the initiative and lead on collaboration with colleagues across the business to ensure our targets are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
This new role is part of our ongoing commitment to improving our repairs service and delivering our Corporate Plan. If you think youve got most of what we are looking for, but not everything, wed still love to hear from you.

The role would suit someone based in the Cambridgeshire region, working with our Muir team and partner-contractors in the region. The role is hybrid and homeworking is encouraged, but there will be some in person meetings held in our Huntingdon office and partner contractors office in Wisbech.

Interviews will take place week commencing 8 September at our Huntingdon office (Cambridgeshire).
