Assistant Director of Responsive Repairs – Muir Group Housing Association
Location: North West, predominantly Warrington/Chester with some travel to Greater Manchester/Lancashire. Employment type: Full time, Permanent. Salary: £36,228.00 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Champion the rights of residents to a safe, warm and good quality home.
- Deliver a high quality, efficient and effective responsive repairs service with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong Health & Safety awareness in all activities.
- Establish and sustain excellent working relationships with colleagues and external contractors.
- Be computer literate or willing to adopt software-based systems after training.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Align personal values and approach with Muir values.
Qualifications
- Experience as a multi-skilled trade operative (joinery, plumbing and general building works) with the ability to complete multi-skilled repairs, including working on empty homes and planned maintenance projects.
- Detailed and wide-ranging knowledge of multi-skilled/building related activities.
- Related building/joinery/plumbing qualifications (C&G, NVQ or equivalent) in at least two key trades.
