The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Development team as a Development Officer. You will be part of a great team focused on the delivery of our new homes, aiming to complete 500 new homes by March 2027, with 111 due to be completed in 2025.

You will need a positive, can-do attitude and will be supported to deliver. You must be able to manage a busy and complex workload and be willing to travel frequently across our North West and East of England regions. This will vary depending on your location and the business needs. This role offers a great opportunity to get involved in the progression of various schemes!

Ideally, you will have experience working successfully in a Housing Association Development role, including delivering both Homes England funded and S106 schemes. If you think you meet most of the requirements but not all, we still encourage you to apply.

Interviews are expected to take place around 11th June at our offices in Lightfoot Street, Chester.
