The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

17.5 hours per week (Mon–Wed). Job share with an existing employee in the Rent and Service Charge Team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all income receipts are recorded and processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Set up new tenancies with the correct rent charge.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Association on rent transaction queries.
