About You

The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:
- An enthusiastic and compassionate individual with experience of working with people experiencing mental health challenges or vulnerabilities.
- Confidence in establishing and developing strong links with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and mental health services to support positive outcomes.
- Comfortable with lone working and able to use initiative to make informed and person-centred decisions.
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality service to service users, partners and internal colleagues.
- Ability to contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of mental health support services.
- Positive, adaptable, and open to change, with a willingness to contribute to a culture of learning, reflection and improvement.
- Ability to design and facilitate opportunities that promote engagement, recovery, and reduce social isolation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
