About You

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to make a difference and help our older residents at our Muir Living scheme remain living independently for longer? The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:

  • An enthusiastic and caring individual with experience of working with older people who may be vulnerable.
  • Confidence in establishing and building up links with community agencies, voluntary organisations and other groups to support the aims of the service.
  • Is comfortable to lone work and can show initiative to make decisions for themselves.
  • Enjoys providing a first-class customer experience to residents, contractors and internal colleagues.
  • Ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Muir Living Service provided to older residents.
  • Positive and open to change and able to contribute positively to a culture of evaluation and improvement.
  • Ability to organise successful opportunities for residents to engage with the wider community to reduce social isolation.
