The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Are you an experienced Groundworker with a passion for delivering a high quality, efficient and effective repairs service? Can you complete ground-working tasks such as fencing, external works, flagging and paving together with general property repairs?
Do you have a City & Guilds NVQ level 2 in Groundworks (or recognised equivalent qualification)?
- Champion the rights of our customers to enjoy a safe, warm and good quality home
- Establish excellent working relationships with colleagues and contractors
- Be computer literate or be willing to adopt to software-based systems after training
- Have a valid UK driving license
Successful candidates will be invited to our head office in Chester.
40 hours per week ~ 25 days annual leave ~ There is also no flexi or agile working.
