Main Purpose of the Role

The Global Mobility-Talent team is key within Talent, Learning, & Culture, partnering with Global Mobility-Operations. The role aims to enhance global mobility at MUFG, fostering a culture where colleagues are empowered to seek internal opportunities and own their careers.

Responsibilities include developing strategies for talent and mobility assignments, internal transfers, and creating processes to support a mobility culture. The role involves identifying high-potential leaders, managing mobility programs, and serving as the primary contact for related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop vision, objectives, and budgets for mobility offerings
  • Secure leadership support and implement approved programs
  • Manage and execute mobility initiatives and talent processes
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure mobility meets development goals and maintains high satisfaction
  • Promote internal mobility through communication and engagement activities
  • Manage the Mobility Playbook and drive adoption across HR
  • Partner with HR on delivery of Talent & Inclusion Programs (TIP)
  • Measure key metrics like transfer rates and ROI
  • Stay informed on mobility trends and share insights
  • Build relationships across the organization
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed

Work Experience

  • Experience in developing strategies and programs that prepare colleagues for future challenges
  • Experience in HR within a complex global environment, with a focus on mobility and talent management
  • Project management experience with multiple stakeholders

Performance and Duties

The role will be evaluated according to the company\’s performance framework. Duties may evolve, and the role holder will be expected to adapt accordingly. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.

The compensation details are specific to US hires; international candidates will be offered local market packages. The typical salary range is $120,000 – $155,000, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits outlined in our Total Rewards program.
