Role Overview The Senior Technology Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports to executive committees. This role involves collaborating with technology SMEs, managing report quality, and overseeing team members to produce high-standard reports that meet governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Ensure high-quality reports are prepared for CIO approval, reviewing content and maintaining standards. Gather, understand, and communicate report requirements to contributors, managing timelines and deadlines. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to report quality or deadlines. Maintain awareness of technology topics and trends relevant to reporting. Manage and develop two junior analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluent English with strong grammar skills. Excellent concise writing and communication skills for senior audiences. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and contributors. Experience with PowerPoint, dashboards (PowerBI), and automation tools (Python, SQL, macros). Data manipulation and interpretation skills, with knowledge of technology foundations and financial services concepts. Leadership experience in managing teams.
