b Overview /b p As a Solution Architect in MUFG’s Low Code Solutions, you provide architectural leadership for Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio across the EMEA region. You translate business needs into secure, governable, scalable low-code solutions and guide governance approvals. You will shape platform standards, enable citizen developers, and drive AI-enabled delivery with a focus on security, data governance and operational resilience. This role combines technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide architectural oversight for build, test, deployment and maintenance of low-code solutions (Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio) /li li Collaborate with DX and business stakeholders to define success measures and prioritise opportunities /li li Lead governance processes (ARB, SbD, DPIA, AIG Board) and ensure SDLC compliance /li li Define and enforce architecture principles, reference architectures, reusable patterns and development standards /li li Enable citizen developers via guidance, resources and governance for higher-risk solutions /li li Lead environment strategy, security controls, data loss prevention and solution lifecycle management /li li Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement /li li Track outcomes, costs and ROI to inform scale or change of solutions /li li Provide technical escalation point and ensure high-quality, customer-focused support /li li Support adoption of AI/agentic capabilities to improve efficiency and quality /li li Collaborate across Digital Delivery to share expertise and drive cross-team initiatives /li li Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security requirements /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8+ years’ experience leading delivery of low-code solutions on Microsoft platform (ideally as a Solution Architect) /li li Expert knowledge of core Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Copilot) /li li Experience with SDLC, SbD, ARB, and DPIA /li li Strong understanding of security, privacy, platform and data governance, and responsible AI in financial services /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills /li li Experience enabling citizen developers with governance and community support /li li Ability to design and operate Power Platform ALM, deployment and governance practices /li li Preferred: Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, AI Builder, agentic AI capabilities; Jira/Confluence; GitHub Copilot; measurable ROI /li li Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; relevant Microsoft Power Platform/AI certifications desirable /li /ul ul li Excellent communication /li li Results-driven with accountability /li li Proactive and motivated /li li Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) /li li Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot /li li Governance and security controls (SbD, ARB, DPIA) /li /ul
