b Overview /b p As a Digital Workplace Engineer you will lead the design, delivery and ongoing evolution of MUFG’s Digital Workplace across cloud-first and laptop-first strategies. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Security and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable, user-centric solutions for thousands of users across multiple EMEA locations. You will drive transformation programs, improve user experience and align workplace technologies with security and governance standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a large enterprise that values innovation, collaboration and measurable impact. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Design, build and maintain enterprise Digital Workplace solutions aligned with cloud-first, laptop-first strategy /li li Engineer and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management /li li Design and implement Windows Autopilot deployment solutions /li li Manage endpoint configuration profiles, compliance policies and security baselines /li li Support Microsoft Entra ID identity and device management services /li li Administer Microsoft 365 services related to Digital Workplace /li li Engineer secure endpoint configurations following Microsoft best practices /li li Support Windows 11 Enterprise endpoint engineering /li li Assist with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments /li li Manage endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, configuration and retirement /li li Maintain endpoint security posture via compliance monitoring/remediation /li li Support application deployment using Microsoft Intune and modern app management /li li Design and maintain Conditional Access policies /li li Implement Zero Trust across endpoints and identity services /li li Support MFA solutions /li li Collaborate with Cyber Security teams to improve endpoint security /li li Ensure compliance with security standards and governance /li li Provide technical leadership across Digital Workplace transformation programmes /li li Produce High Level Designs and Low Level Designs and implementation documentation /li li Deliver technical workstreams and participate in planning, implementation and handover /li li Support technology evaluations, proofs of concept and pilot deployments /li li Contribute to Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap /li li Provide 3rd line support and manage complex incidents /li li Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes /li li Support ITIL-based Incident, Problem and Change Management /li li Identify opportunities for automation and develop PowerShell scripts /li li Drive continual service improvement and end-user experience enhancements /li li Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors /li li Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge /li li Collaborate with Architecture, Security and Project Management teams /li li Support governance and engineering standards /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Senior Digital Workplace/End User Computing or Endpoint Engineering experience in a large enterprise /li li Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments /li li Proven experience managing Windows 11 endpoints with Intune, Autopilot and Entra ID /li li Experience designing Conditional Access policies and modern identity solutions /li li Experience delivering Digital Workplace transformation programmes and cloud-first migrations /li li Strong experience in endpoint security, device compliance and Zero Trust initiatives /li li Experience producing HLDs/LLDs and operational documentation /li li 3rd line technical support for complex endpoint/identity issues /li li Root cause analysis, troubleshooting and problem management in enterprise settings /li li Collaboration with Architecture, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Project teams /li li ITIL-based Incident, Problem and Change Management experience /li li Mentoring junior engineers and acting as a SME /li li Experience in regulated environments with focus on security, governance and compliance /li li Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills /li /ul ul li Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /li li Strong customer focus and delivery orientation /li li Proactive, motivated and results-driven /li li Microsoft Intune (endpoint management) /li li Microsoft 365 administration and support /li li Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) /li /ul
