What you’ll do
  • Coordinate the smooth running of EMEA Operations by supporting business management activities and ensuring key policy and procedure documents are consistently updated.
  • Establish and manage the Operations Balanced Scorecard (BSC), aligning KPIs with local, regional, and global targets while monitoring results and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Develop high-level presentation materials articulating key initiatives for various stakeholders including Town Halls and Senior Executives.
  • Lead projects representing EMEA Operations in wider programmes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Analyse current operational processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Support cost control management within Operations by tracking expenses, reporting accurately, and challenging costs where necessary.
  • Enhance and roll out the Skills Matrix across Operations, ensuring staff capabilities are accurately reflected and developed.
  • Maintain and update Operations’ Intranet pages so information remains accurate and accessible for all users.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify relevant performance and risk indicators (both quantitative and qualitative) for producing high-level management reports.
  • Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports, analysing complex data sets to extract trends, patterns, and actionable insights while ensuring data accuracy.
What you bring
  • Demonstrated experience working within regulated environments or organisationally complex settings—ideally within financial services—enabling you to navigate compliance requirements confidently.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis with a focus on PowerBI tools for creating dashboards and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with critical thinking abilities that allow you to interpret data trends accurately and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) enabling you to articulate information effectively across all levels of the organisation including senior executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word; capable of producing high-quality presentation materials tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability and flexibility suited to fast-paced environments; able to respond quickly to changing priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail ensuring consistent quality output across all tasks undertaken.
  • Ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive matters; demonstrating professionalism aligned with MUFG’s values of integrity & responsibility.
