  • Collaborate closely with Digital Transformation teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, shape opportunity pipelines, translate demand into practical roadmaps, and plan team capacity.
  • Establish and evolve architectural principles, engineering standards, reusable patterns, and quality controls that underpin the development and operation of robust AI solutions.
  • Evaluate technology options such as platforms, models, vendors, and delivery approaches based on business value, cost-effectiveness, risk management, strategic alignment, and long-term supportability.
  • Manage the full team development lifecycle including backlog prioritisation, estimates, milestones tracking, risk assessment, issue resolution, dependencies management, documentation oversight, release readiness checks, and reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive L1, L2, L3 support across all services owned by the team ensuring dependable service delivery to multiple business areas.
  • Work with Digital Transformation partners to define success measures for projects and track outcomes using evidence-based methods to improve or scale solutions as appropriate.
