Overview
In this role you support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) on the RUN side, guiding EMEA business requestors through complex, compliant processes.
You manage throughput for external and intragroup relationships, coordinate with Cyber Security and Data Privacy teams, and push for efficient, well-controlled due diligence and onboarding.
You collaborate across regions to share insights, drive improvements, and uphold regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with EMEA business requestors to review new third-party requests and ensure regulatory compliance
- Own throughput and day-to-day operations for external and intragroup TPRM relationships
- Facilitate expedited reviews with Cyber Security and Data Privacy stakeholders
- Support due diligence by guiding questionnaires and follow-ups with suppliers
- Assist leadership in fostering cross-regional collaboration and sharing best practices
- Ensure risk assessments are accurate and identify optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate with offshore teams to manage transactions and drive process improvements
- Lead projects under senior management to upgrade systems and processes in TPRM
- Act as a consultative advisor to disseminate TPRM knowledge and build a centre of expertise
- Provide oversight to first line defence activities related to supplier onboarding and performance reviews
- Key requirements
- Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management operations across regions
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing supplier relationships in financial services
- Strong stakeholder management across risk management, procurement, cyber security, data privacy, and offshore partners
- Ability to maintain robust procedural controls and adapt to evolving regulations
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Results-oriented with accountability for timely, high-quality outcomes
- Proactive problem-solving with sound judgement in escalation situations
