Working in partnership with business and support functions, the team helps ensure that risk is managed within the bank's risk appetite while supporting sustainable business growth.What to ExpectThe Risk Analyst Programme provides broad exposure across the Risk function through up to three rotations in different risk disciplines. Analysts gain hands-on experience while developing a well-rounded understanding of how the bank identifies, assesses, monitors and manages risk.Rotations may include areas such as Credit Risk, Market & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management. Throughout the programme, analysts will work closely with experienced professionals, building technical expertise, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.Key responsibilities may include:Analysing risk exposures and supporting risk assessmentsMonitoring portfolios and identifying emerging risksConducting data analysis and preparing risk reportsSupporting governance, controls and regulatory activitiesContributing to risk management projects and initiativesPreparing presentations and materials for senior stakeholdersOur 18-month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy.
