We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of Cyber Security initiatives, with a primary focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects.
The successful candidate will manage planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities across technology, cyber security, privilege access management (PAM), and business stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with an in depth understanding of cyber security and PAM, combined with project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management expertise while working on strategic Cyber Security and PAM initiatives within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Cyber PAM projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate project activities across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams.
- Maintain and track project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), actions, and status reports.
- Facilitate project daily standup meetings, workshops, coordinate with project team and stakeholders to address RAID, capturing minutes and action items.
- Monitor project progress and elevate risks and issues within portfolio.
- Weekly status reporting & maintain project delivery assurance hygiene.
- Closely work with operations team and plan the handover activities.
- Support project governance activities and ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
- Manage and update project documentation within Confluence and Share Point.
- Track Business deliverables, project tasks and user stories using Jira.
- Prepare presentations and management updates using Power Point and Excel.
Skills & Experience
- Project Management
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Project Manager role.
- Good understanding of the Project Management Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience delivering projects using Waterfall methodology; familiarity with Agile is beneficial.
- Experience managing project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and reporting.
- Cyber Security & PAM
- Intermediate to expert understanding of Cyber Security principles and controls.
- Exposure to Privilege Access Management (PAM) concepts.
- Experience working within banking or financial services environments is advantageous.
