We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer with specific experience implementing and supporting the GRC modules, IRM, BCM, and TPRM. Reporting to the ServiceNow Platform Manager, this role is a critical addition to the existing ServiceNow Core team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the ServiceNow product set, responsible for its development and operational delivery.
- Ensure that all aspects of the service delivery meet governance and quality standards.
- Manage day‑to‑day technical operations of the ServiceNow product suite with a focus on GRC.
- Translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions, optimizing automation and integration.
- Triage and estimate incoming enhancements and requests for the platform.
- Ensure enhancements and integrations align with out‑of‑the‑box best practices and maintain a high Health Scan score.
- Provide technical governance, guidance, and approval of changes submitted for review.
- Prepare for and test platform upgrades.
- Work with process owners to transition process automations and integrations.
- Identify and leverage platform releases to deliver measurable cost savings or improvements.
- Explore opportunities for enhancements across other products for cost savings, efficiency, or automation.
- Design and develop complex, critical solutions for the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
- Meet all audit and IT security requirements (EMEA and Tokyo Head Office).
- Create and maintain documentation – policies, processes, procedures, and technical reference material.
- Ensure training materials and guides for the platform are available.
- Oversee development and administrative tasks performed by junior and offshore team members.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the region and globally.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of technical experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow, including deep understanding of the IRM module.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of risk management and ServiceNow best practices.
- Expertise in root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving techniques.
- Proven experience ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the financial or technology sector.
- Experience with DORA is ideal.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Degree level education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Current ServiceNow certifications.
