Join MUFG as a Business Analyst in the Cyber Risk BA Team within the TIM Pillar. This role leads business analysis for technology change initiatives across MUFG Securities International and MUFG Bank EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead subject‑matter expertise and trusted partnership for technology change projects.
- Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Formulate and present solutions, including illustrative calculations using production data.
- Develop testing approaches, compile test plans and test cases, perform system/integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Compile and present test results, status reports, and escalation of issues and risks.
- Advise on TEC solutions, vendor landscape, SQL queries and advanced Excel.
- Own risks, issues and dependencies across project work and provide MI/KPIs for the BA pillar.
- Support the Head of the Business Analyst Team with strategy, innovation and AI initiatives.
- Manage people responsibilities such as recruitment, training, performance reviews, grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain and enhance stakeholder relationships regionally and globally.
Experience & Qualifications
- Managing a team of senior technology professionals in a top‑tier bank or consultancy.
- Successfully delivering large‑scale, often international, projects.
- Business analysis experience in a top‑tier bank or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the Murex platform, trade booking and lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Bonds, Derivatives, Credit, Securities Financing, FX and Loans & Deposits.
- In‑depth IAM and PAM frameworks, access control, SoD, RBAC, privileged account management.
- Regulatory awareness (PRA, ECB, EBA, FCA, etc.) and cyber risk control frameworks.
- Technical skills: advanced Excel, SQL, RSA, ServiceNow, Cyber Ark.
