This is an Operational Resilience Change Management & Governance Support position based in London. The role involves coordinating change activities, supporting governance forums, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining operational resilience documentation across the EMEA region.
What you'll do:
- Support the coordination and administration of operational resilience change activities across EMEA, including triaging change requests and monitoring shared mailboxes.
- Provide assistance at project forums, including minute taking and updating the change management log with accurate, timely information.
- Prepare high‑quality materials for governance forums, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld.
- Track actions, maintain attendance records, update terms of reference documentation, and take minutes for operational resilience committees.
- Administer the operational resilience document repository (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure structured, audit‑ready records.
- Support periodic reviews and maintenance of operational resilience procedures to remain aligned with internal governance and regulatory expectations.
- Track and report on operational resilience gaps and actions, engaging stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
- Contribute to the production, validation, and enhancement of operational resilience management information, including dashboard health checks and status reporting.
- Maintain governance artefacts related to Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical or Important Functions (CIF), ensuring records are accurate and audit‑ready.
- Assist in quality assurance activities across key deliverables, such as IBS/CIF mapping and post‑test reporting, and coordinate annual training requirements.
What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience operating within operational resilience, non‑financial risk, or change governance functions in financial services environments.
- Good understanding of EMEA operational resilience regulatory frameworks such as PRA or ECB/DNB expectations.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical controls, frameworks, or operating models across large organisations.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels and producing clear written materials for governance forums.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail for maintaining logs and preparing audit‑ready documentation.
