As an Associate Financial Institutions Sponsor Coverage professional based in London, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's efforts to expand business with global Financial Sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on client relationship management initiatives.
- Execute fund‑level financing opportunities and engage with various product teams such as Fund Finance, Project Finance, FX & Rates to originate new business transactions.
- Produce detailed relationship overviews and account plans for key clients to shape strategic approaches.
- Review transaction documentation to ensure accuracy in client communications.
- Understand evolving client needs to support innovative product solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders – Credit, Legal, KYC, Operations – to secure complex multi‑jurisdictional relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of fund‑level products such as Subscription Facilities, Sponsor FX, NAV lending is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued.
