Overview

In this role you will support Executives in Share Plans Advisory by delivering expert day-to-day guidance to clients through onboarding and share plan events. You will nurture client relationships and align client goals with operational delivery, while helping to develop new initiatives for MUFG Pension & Market Services. The role is hybrid with a London office base and offers growth across global teams, with learning opportunities and a strong client-focused culture. You drive impact by coordinating events, inquiries, and documentation to ensure a smooth shareholder experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan client event projects for Share Plans Advisory and communicate event parameters to essential business areas
  • Handle enquiries from clients, advisors and other business contacts
  • Support Executives at client/advisor meetings and conference calls
  • Draft and oversee shareholder invitations and result documents
  • Maintain management information records and support client feedback surveys
  • Support colleagues in day-to-day duties, developing strategic relationships and implementing new initiatives
  • Draft client agreements and manage proofing and printing of documents
  • Identify bank accounts to be opened and oversee issuance of client invoices
  • Review and comment on a variety of documents
  • Work with data and set up core systems and portals to support administration and employee experience for share plan events
