As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with data warehousing and/or data mastering and possess a strong background in producing requirements for the to-be operating model, which will be used to design effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve business and technical problems. Develop innovative solutions to improve business processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively.
- Technical Skills: Experience with data modeling. Understand schema models and contribute to their design. Write and maintain scripts in SQL or Python to extract, manipulate, analyze data, and create reports. Experience with analysis or projects involving identity and access management (AIM).
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications. Arrange and conduct workshops.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document business processes and technical specifications. Assist in creating and maintaining the product backlog. Draft UI wireframes.
Qualifications You Have:
- Experience with Data Modeling: Experience with Data Warehouse. Experience with Master Data Management.
- Experience with producing Target Operating Model: Understand the current processes and document “as is” model. Work with business and stakeholders to define “to be” model.
- Experience with workflows: Experience with Business Process Modelling. Experience with building workflows.
