We are seeking an experienced HR business or financial analyst who is an organized initiative-taker to support our newly appointed HR Project & Programme Manager in leading a strategic project to identify HR collaboration opportunities across multiple global HR teams. You will support this project by collating people data, analytics, and insights from various sources across several countries and cultures, at different levels of maturity, into a cohesive story of opportunities. Being passionate and enthusiastic about managing data and insights to a high standard is key. Your role will involve detailed analysis of the current state, providing regular project updates, managing risks, and researching best practices. Your input will be crucial to the project's success.

Use data to discover the current state of play and identify opportunities for development in a consistent, collaborative manner. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and support the development of compelling business cases to influence and align senior stakeholders. Utilize your analytical skills to proactively identify and address opportunities, working closely with your project lead, and continuously seeking improvements and optimizations. Manage, standardize, and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics for the project, leveraging data insights to drive impactful results. Support complex change initiatives within HR, utilizing appropriate methodologies to deliver data and reporting needs effectively. Adapt your approaches flexibly to meet the specific needs of stakeholders, demonstrating agility. Build and nurture strong relationships across global HR teams with a friendly and collaborative approach.

Qualifications: An educational background in business, economics, finance, accounting, or an equivalent field is highly advantageous. A strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and leading technologies in global markets would be beneficial. Proven experience in a Business Analysis role, with the ability to define and document detailed business requirements. The ability to work independently and within a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Visio, is highly beneficial.
