Role Overview
The Operational Resilience Lead will oversee and report on MUFG's Operational Resilience framework, ensuring compliance with UK (FCA/PRA) and EU (DORA) regulations. The role involves building collaborative relationships across MUFG entities in the UK and Europe, influencing senior management, and supporting the maturity of the resilience framework, particularly in assessing the impact of change projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and embedding the operational resilience framework, tools, and methodologies.
- Building awareness and understanding of operational resilience across the firm.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and coordinating governance forums.
- Ensuring documentation and management information are up-to-date and compliant.
- Providing assurance for change management projects concerning operational resilience.
- Supporting regulatory self-assessments and audit processes.
- Tracking regulatory changes and their impacts.
- Managing inter-affiliate agreements related to resilience.
