As a Senior Consultant in the MUFG Corporate Governance team, you will deliver company secretarial services across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring service excellence and acting as a point of contact for technical queries. The role may involve client secondments and is based in London or Leeds on a hybrid basis.

What you need:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong client‑facing relationship management
- Demonstrable company secretarial experience or extensive knowledge of UK company law, regulation and best practice
- Excellent minute‑taking and drafting skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and balance conflicting deadlines
- Commercial awareness and experience in a professional services environment
- Working knowledge of Diligent Entities and client relationship management or timesheet systems
- Collaborative mindset and hands‑on approach in a dynamic team

Day to Day, you will:
- Work in a small team providing company secretarial services for individual entities and large group structures
- Provide timely expert advice to a varied portfolio, including complex listed companies
- Develop and maintain key client relationships and contribute to account development
- Lead or support operational and client‑related improvement initiatives
- Lead internal technical initiatives such as training, webinars and articles
- Share technical knowledge and support junior colleagues
- Accurately draft, prepare and review documentation, manage data and advise junior staff
