Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION
• Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
CERTIFICATIONS
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Solid experience in Program Management
• Must possess proven experience with project documentation on planning, test approach, RAID log and proactive in closing open items
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals
• Understanding of MSP ticketing and Alert Management Systems
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will
• Take lead responsibility on large projects
• Drive planning at the various organizational levels to ensure projects are on track/resourced
• Establish project / program governance and communication with stakeholders
• Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated
• Proactively manage dependencies, coordinate across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Contribute to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.
• Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
• Manage project financial and resource forecasting
• Identify and challenge project financials and deliverables to ensure efficient and accurate execution
• Ensure project transparency through reporting and updates
• Facilitate the documentation of business requirement and testing
• Manage project changes
• Manage the establishment of vendor and 3rd party contracts
