- Offer strategic guidance on legal, regulatory, reputational, and documentation matters related to structured notes transactions.
- Analyse third-party distribution into multiple jurisdictions while managing associated legal and regulatory risks effectively.

What you bring:
- 5-7 years' post-qualification experience gained either in private practice at a major law firm or in-house at a significant financial institution is essential for this position.
