What you'll do:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice, review, draft, and negotiate documentation for structured notes across a wide spectrum of products and underlying asset classes.
  • Advise on the structuring and establishment of new and complex products as well as innovative business initiatives within the structured notes space.
  • Engage directly with clients during negotiations and assist business units in explaining intricate product features in an accessible manner.
  • Offer strategic guidance on legal, regulatory, reputational, and documentation matters related to structured notes transactions.
  • Analyse third-party distribution into multiple jurisdictions while managing associated legal and regulatory risks effectively.
  • Deliver training sessions on legal and regulatory issues to employees across the Firm, enhancing overall compliance awareness.
