What you'll do:

• Lead the successful delivery of payments and transaction banking technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Orchestrate complex system integrations across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEPA Instant regulations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, infrastructure specialists, security experts, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Consolidate progress updates from various sources and proactively identify risks or dependencies early on.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance automation efficiency while fostering strong partnerships across global teams.

What you bring:

• Substantial experience leading technology solution deliveries within complex financial services settings, particularly those involving payments or transaction banking systems.
• Hands-on involvement in both software development lifecycles (Agile/Waterfall) as well as large-scale system integrations spanning multiple platforms.
• A thorough grasp of regulatory requirements impacting payment technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, without compromising quality.
• Analytical approach enabling you to identify potential risks early on.
