What you'll do:
- Lead the successful delivery of payments and transaction banking technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
- Orchestrate complex system integrations across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEPA Instant regulations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, infrastructure specialists, security experts, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Consolidate progress updates from various sources and proactively identify risks or dependencies early on.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance automation efficiency while fostering strong partnerships across global teams.
